Our team has created a bingo challenge each week to support small daily shifts through the summer, that create a big impact in your life. 

  • From waking up 5 min earlier to adding in achievable hourly movements. We have created an easy system that anyone can do from anywhere. 

  • Do this all in less than 15 minutes per day.

  • Hang out with Kathy and Rochelle and make small shifts that will make your life, better/easier/smoother.
